Are you an experienced White Collar Freelance Consultant looking to inherit a genuinely warm desk with established clients, live vacancies and existing freelancers already generating revenue? At We Are Footprint, we are looking for a Senior or Principal Consultant to take ownership of a successful White Collar Freelance desk, working with some of the North West's leading construction contractors and developers.
The Opportunity
This is not a cold desk. You’ll be stepping into an established market with:
- Existing sole supply agreements
- Long-standing PSL relationships
- Active freelance workers
- Live vacancies from day one

- Managing and growing an established White Collar Freelance desk
- Developing relationships across existing client accounts

- Maintaining a high standard of candidate and client service
