We are Footprint in the North West seeking an experienced Project Manager / Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects ranging from £4m to £15m across residential, care home and commercial sectors. The role involves managing projects from pre-construction through to completion, supervising site teams and subcontractors, and building strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
