The Role
As our Social Value Coordinator, you’ll work closely with our Social Value Director to plan, deliver, and communicate our social value initiatives. You’ll help us engage with communities, schools, charities, and small businesses, ensuring our projects have a positive and lasting impact. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines coordination, communication, and creativity — perfect for someone who loves working with people and making things happen.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the delivery of social value projects and commitments across We Are Footprint and our client network.
- Building partnerships with schools, charities, and community organisations.
- Assisting with initiatives such as care leaver and NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) engagement.
- Helping research, plan, and deliver social value strategies for SME clients.
- Leading on communications — writing newsletters, updating project websites, and managing social media content.
- Supporting marketing and events to promote our social value success stories.
- Collaborating with the wider team to identify and deliver new social value opportunities.
