Are you an experienced White Collar Permanent Recruitment Consultant looking to inherit a warm desk with established client relationships, live vacancies and genuine opportunity to grow? At We Are Footprint, we're looking for a Senior or Principal Consultant to take ownership of a successful White Collar Permanent desk, working with some of the UK's leading construction contractors, developers and consultancies.

This is not a cold desk. You'll be joining a well-established market with:

  • Existing PSL agreements and preferred supplier relationships
  • Long-standing client accounts
  • Live permanent vacancies from day one
  • An established candidate network
  • A respected brand with a strong reputation across the construction sector

This role offers genuine autonomy to develop and grow the desk while benefiting from the support of an experienced and ambitious leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and growing an established White Collar Permanent desk
  • Building and developing relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Generating new business opportunities within target markets
  • Sourcing and placing high-quality construction professionals
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to placement
