Role
- Depending on experience, you will be involved in the commercial management of projects from pre‑construction through to final account.
- Managing project costs, budgets, and cash flow.
- Preparing and reviewing valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Procuring and managing subcontractor packages.
- Supporting tendering and pre‑construction commercial activities.
- Identifying commercial risks and opportunities.
- Producing accurate cost reports and forecasts.
- Working closely with site, design, and client teams.
About You
- Experience in a Quantity Surveyor, Senior QS, or Commercial Manager role.
- Background working within construction or development environments.
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Relevant construction or commercial qualifications preferred.
