COMPANY - A privately owned building contractor with a network of offices across the UK. They operate across a variety of building sectors including commercial, residential, industrial, education and data centres. Projects can range in value from £20m through to £400m+.
PROJECT - A circa £500m new build data centre development in West London which is due to start on site this summer with completion scheduled for 2029.
RESPONSIBILITIES - As the Senior Design Manager you will lead the project from a design perspective reporting into the Project Director and a Divisional Design Manager. You will lead a team on site of Design Managers and Document Controllers. This will be a client facing role and you would be expected to chair regular design review meetings and operate as the main interface between the project team and the clients' design team.
