We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our key Tier 1 construction clients for an experienced Site Administrator to join their team on a 12-month contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading construction company on a busy and fast-paced project.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ administration experience
- Previous construction industry experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and site documentation systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Duties Include:
- General site administration support
- Managing project documentation and records
- Assisting site management teams
- Handling emails, reports, timesheets, and filing
- Coordinating meetings and maintaining site records
