Senior Site Manager
We’re working with a leading Tier 1 main contractor who are looking to bring an experienced Senior Site Manager into their team for a major £30m project in Huddersfield.
This is a great opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of work across Yorkshire and the wider region.
The Role:
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the project on site
- Lead and manage Site Managers, subcontractors and site teams
- Drive programme, quality, health & safety and delivery
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and wider project team
- Manage subcontractors and ensure works are delivered to programme
- Attend progress and coordination meetings
- Ensure all works are completed to the required standards
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as a Senior Site Manager with a Tier 1/main contractor
- Experience managing projects around £20m+
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management
- Good understanding of health & safety and quality requirements
- Confident managing subcontractors and large site teams
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
