Our client, an established main contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the on-site delivery of a £60m residential development in Leeds. This is a senior, site-based role with full responsibility for programme, quality, safety, and commercial performance through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for construction delivery from mobilisation to handover
- Managing programme, sequencing, and site logistics
- Leading the site team and managing subcontractors
- Working closely with commercial teams on cost control and variations
- Ensuring high standards of quality, health & safety, and compliance
- Acting as the main point of contact with the client during construction
Experience Required
- Proven experience delivering large residential projects (£40m+) for a UK main contractor
- Strong construction, programme, and team leadership skills
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), First Aid
