The project covers a full façade and building envelope, roof upgrades, major M&E replacement, internal fit-out, and Grade A office space for a live/occupied site with high sustainability targets.
You will coordinate subcontractors, consultants and client teams, and ensure the programme, budget and safety standards are met.
