We are working in partnership with a well-established and growing regional building contractor with offices in Leeds and Manchester to appoint an experienced Regional Building Services Manager. This is a senior leadership opportunity to oversee MEP delivery across multiple projects throughout Yorkshire and the North West.

Our client is a reputable main contractor delivering high-quality projects across sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, residential and industrial. With a strong order book and a reputation for collaborative project delivery, they are continuing to expand their regional footprint.
The Role
As Regional Building Services Manager, you will take responsibility for the strategic and operational management of all building services (mechanical and electrical) across multiple live projects. You will:
- Lead and coordinate MEP delivery from pre-construction through to handover
- Provide technical oversight and support to project teams
- Manage and mentor project-level MEP managers and engineers
- Work closely with design consultants, subcontractors and clients
- Oversee procurement strategy for M&E packages
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and sustainability standards
- Drive programme certainty and cost control across schemes
Projects typically range from £10m - £90m in value.
About You
We are seeking a candidate with:
- Proven experience in a senior MEP or Building Services management role within a main contractor environment
- Strong technical knowledge across mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience delivering projects across multiple sectors
- Commercial awareness and ability to influence at senior level
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Relevant qualifications in Building Services Engineering or similar
