Our client, a leading construction contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a £20 million commercial development in Huddersfield. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional with a strong track record in managing large-scale commercial projects from pre-construction through to handover.

The Role

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of a £15m commercial build
  • Manage programme, budget, quality, and health & safety
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and site teams

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects
  • Background with main contractors preferred
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
