Our client, a leading construction contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a £20 million commercial development in Huddersfield. The Role
- Oversee the full lifecycle of a £15m commercial build
- Manage programme, budget, quality, and health & safety
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and site teams
- Maintain strong client relationships and stakeholder communication
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects
- Background with main contractors preferred
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications desirable
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
