Freelance Construction Planner – Social Housing Experience Essential

Our client, a well established contractor, are currently looking for a Freelance Construction Planner to support upcoming construction projects. Experience in the social housing refurbishment sector is essential.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a construction planner
• Knowledge of retrofit decarbonisation projects and PAS 2035 PAS 2030 specifications.
• Essential: Background in social housing projects (Refurbishments)
• Proficiency with planning software such as Asta Powerproject, or MS Project
• Ability to produce and manage detailed construction programmes
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with project teams and stakeholders
• Understanding of construction processes, timelines, and compliance requirements

Contract Details:

• Role: Freelance Construction Planner
• Location: Remote with occasional site visits (location-dependent)
• Duration: 3–6 months initially, with potential for extension
• Rate: Competitive, based on experience
