Roofing and Wall Cladding Estimator Manchester £60,000 + Company Package Our client is a well know roofing and cladding business based in the Manchester area. Due to expansion, they are looking for an experience Estimator to join their team. The Roofing and Wall Cladding Estimator is responsible for calculating the cost, time, and resources needed to complete roofing and wall cladding projects. This role involves analysing project specifications, drawings, and site conditions to provide accurate estimates for material quantities, labour, and project timelines. The estimator works closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project costings are in line with client expectations and project budgets. Key Responsibilities: Cost Estimation: Review project specifications, blueprints, and construction drawings to determine the scope of work. Prepare detailed cost estimates for roofing and wall cladding systems, including materials, labour, and equipment. Evaluate and assess quantities of materials required for roofing and cladding installations. Use estimating software and industry-specific tools to generate precise and competitive estimates. Site Assessments: Conduct site visits to evaluate project conditions and assess the potential challenges involved with roofing or cladding installations. Take accurate measurements to ensure that estimates are based on real-world conditions.
