Digital Construction Manager\\nĀ£40,000 ā Ā£50,000 + Car Allowance, Bonus, Healthcare\\nHybrid Role ā Manchester / North West\\nAs a Digital Construction Manager you will be responsible for managing the implementation of digital construction processes across projects, in line with the Digital Implementation Plan. You will use digital technologies to enable projects to be executed more efficiently and achieve better outcomes. You will use BIM to help streamline design and construction and enhance collaboration throughout the construction process.\\nMeasurables:\\nPlan developed and embedded design to successfully deliver digital projects in line with the Digital Construction strategy.\\nInternal and external customer feedback scores.\\nPerformance of digital construction projects including regular progress reports and risk management.\\n100% compliance with industry regulations/standards.\\nKey Responsibilities:\\nManage the implementation of digital construction processes across a portfolio of projects in line with the Digital Implementation Plan.\\nPlay a pivotal role in optimising workflows, streamlining processes and eliminating bottlenecks through digital construction methods.\\nFacilitate digital enablement of the wider business.\\nIdentify opportunities to improve productivity and ensure timely project delivery through appropriate digital processes.\\nUse multidisciplinary knowledge (architecture, structural engineering, mechanical engineering) to bridge the gap between stakeholders, fostering collaboration and effective decision-making.\\nSupport projects to effectively adopt and embed digital construction processes and deliver customer/project requirements.\\nConduct model audits, walkthroughs (customer/stakeholder), clash detection, and process reviews.\\nProduce asset information and support adoption of Common Data Environments.\\nSupport preparation of tender documentation.\\nIdentify non-compliance incidents and work with stakeholders to address them.\\nDrive progress towards digital enablement of the wider business.\\nSystems experience: Solibri, Navisworks, Revit, SharePoint, 4P, Dalux\\nEssential Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge and Experience:\\nDegree or equivalent in construction or related discipline (e.g.
architectural technology).\\nStrong presentation skills.\\nStrong stakeholder engagement.\\nGood knowledge of the Building Safety Act.\\nMembership of a relevant professional or governing body.\\nValid CSCS cardholder.\\nValid First Aid certificate.\\nMust have experience with ISO19650\\nAttributes/Behaviours:\\nProficient in managing software.\\nSkilled in engaging and influencing others towards a shared goal.\\nExperienced in managing and liaising with supply chain partners, team members and design consultants.\\nEnjoys working independently as well as collaboratively.\\nAble to explain complex technical matters in plain English.\\nComfortable managing a varied workload.\\nKeeps up to date with industry advancements.\\nDemonstrates intercultural awareness.\\nDesirable Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge and Experience:\\nExperience of working in a construction-related role with evidence of impact.\\nBIM (BSI) Practitioner Course.\\nProject management experience.\\nPotential Career Progression Opportunities:\\nPrincipal Digital Construction Manager\\nVisualiser\\nPreconstruction\\nDesign
