Site Manager – Commercial Project (Crewe) Footprint Recruitment are working on behalf of one of our key clients to recruit an experienced Site Manager for a large commercial construction project based in Crewe. This is an immediate requirement offering a minimum contract duration of 6–8 weeks, with the potential for extension depending on project needs. Key Responsibilities: * Overseeing day-to-day site operations on a busy commercial project * Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently * Maintaining site health & safety standards and ensuring compliance at all times * Monitoring progress against programme and reporting to senior management * Conducting site inspections and quality checks * Managing project documentation and site records using Field View Requirements: * Valid SMSTS * Valid First Aid at Work * Valid CSCS Card * Previous experience managing commercial construction projects * Experience using Field View software is essential * Strong communication and organisational skills What's on Offer: * Minimum 6–8 week contract * Competitive day rate * Opportunity to work with a well-established contractor on a significant commercial development * Immediate start available If you have the relevant experience and are available to start at short notice, we'd like to hear from you
