We're working with a well-established regional contractor that's continuing to grow and has a strong pipeline of work across the North West.
Due to continued success, they're looking to bring in an experienced Project Manager / Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects ranging from £4m - £15m across the residential, care home and commercial sectors.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a contractor with an excellent reputation, a healthy order book and a genuine focus on delivering quality projects.
Manage projects from pre-construction through to completion.
Oversee site teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
Monitor project performance, quality and commercial outcomes.
Proven experience delivering construction projects as a Project Manager or Contracts Manager.
Main contractor background is essential.
Experience within residential, care home and/or commercial projects.
Good commercial awareness with the ability to manage programmes and budgets.
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications preferred.
