We are recruiting a Lead Commercial Manager to take ownership of a major internal fit-out package on a large manufacturing plant. This is a high-profile role managing a £30m package (growing to ~£60m) covering panelling, walls, floors and ceilings on a large-scale industrial scheme. The role will begin with a 4-month pre-construction phase, based near Manchester Airport, before moving into delivery.
