Our client are seeking a skilled and motivated SeniorQuantity Surveyor/ Commercial Manager to join their dynamic team, working on a prestigious high-end residential development in Portsmouth. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and tenders

• Oversee procurement and manage subcontractor packages

• Conduct valuations and manage interim applications

• Monitor project costs and prepare financial reports

• Ensure compliance with contract conditions and legal requirements

• Liaise closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure quality and cost-effective delivery

About You:

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

• Minimum 3 years experience in residential construction (high-end/luxury projects a bonus)

• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Proficient in relevant software

• Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
