Senior Quantity Surveyor – Residential Apartments | Preston We’re currently working with a well-established main contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of a high-quality residential apartment scheme in Preston. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of residential developments across the North West. The Role Commercial management of a residential apartment project from start to final account Procurement and management of subcontract packages Cost reporting, forecasting and budget control Managing valuations, variations and subcontract payments Preparing and agreeing final accounts Working closely with operational teams to ensure commercial targets are achieved Supporting the wider commercial team where required What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor or residential developer Strong background delivering residential apartment schemes Experience managing projects from pre-construction through to completion Good knowledge of JCT contracts Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills Ability to work collaboratively with site and project teams Degree qualified or equivalent (preferred) On Offer Competitive salary and package Long-term career opportunity Strong pipeline of North West projects Supportive and established commercial team
