Are you an experienced Site Manager with a background in new build housing? We are looking for a hands-on, organised professional to oversee delivery for a major residential development in Winsford, working on behalf of a leading national contractor on a flagship legacy scheme.
The Role
As Site Manager, you will take ownership of project delivery and subcontractor oversight managing schedules, resources, and client communication to ensure smooth delivery across all stages of construction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations and project delivery on-site
- Producing and managing construction schedules and progress reports
- Liaising directly with the main contractor and client to ensure targets and quality standards are met
- Coordinating site teams and subcontractors to maintain workflow and productivity
