We are looking on behalf of an established North West Contractor for an experienced Senior Site Manager to deliver a hotel new build and refurbishment project in Warrington (up to £5 million in value).
Key Responsibilities

- Experience with new build and refurbishment works
- Strong knowledge of M&E and finishing trades
- SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid
