We are seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager to lead the delivery of a £20 million industrial construction project in the Warrington area. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering large-scale industrial or manufacturing developments safely, on programme and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the project.
  • Manage site teams, subcontractors and the client throughout the construction phase.
  • Oversee programme, cost, quality and health & safety performance.
  • Chair progress meetings and provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
  • Drive project performance to achieve programme and commercial objectives.

Requirements

  • Significant experience delivering projects valued at £15m+.
  • Main contractor background preferred.
  • Strong leadership, planning and client-facing skills.
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction contracts and project delivery.
