We Are Footprint Group is a specialist construction recruitment and social value business supporting contractors and construction professionals across the UK. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Payroll Administrator / Payroll Assistant to join our team and work closely with our Payroll & Credit Control Manager, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of weekly payroll for a large contractor workforce.

The Role

You'll play a key part in supporting the weekly payroll process, ensuring contractors are paid accurately and on time while maintaining high levels of compliance and attention to detail. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing weekly payroll for temporary workers and contractors
  • Checking and validating timesheets
  • Supporting invoice generation and payroll reporting
  • Working closely with recruitment teams
  • Maintaining accurate payroll records and databases
  • Supporting credit control and finance administration when required
  • Ensuring payroll deadlines are consistently met

What We're Looking For

  • Previous payroll, finance administration or accounts experience preferred
