Site Supervisor in Brighouse

Site Supervisor – Brighouse (9-Month Contract) – £240 per day We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee trades on a social housing refurbishment project in Brighouse. This is a 9-month contract working with a well-respected major national contractor, with an immediate start available. The scheme is a social housing refurbishment programme, predominantly focused on kitchen replacements within occupied properties, so previous experience working on kitchen upgrade programmes or similar refurbishment projects would be highly beneficial. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising trades on site, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role requires a hands-on approach, working closely with site teams to maintain productivity and quality. Key Responsibilities * Supervising day-to-day activities of trades on site * Ensuring works are delivered safely and in line with programme * Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site organisation * Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring efficient workflow * Monitoring quality of installations, particularly kitchen replacements * Supporting site management with a proactive, hands-on approach Requirements * Valid CSCS card * SMSTS certification * First Aid at Work * Previous experience supervising trades on refurbishment projects * Experience with kitchen replacement programmes in social housing (preferred) * Strong communication and organisational skills Details * Location: Brighouse * Project: Social housing refurbishment – kitchen replacement programme * Duration: 9 months * Rate: £240 per day * Start: ASAP * Working with a major national contractor
