We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor specialising in new build care home developments, with projects typically valued at £810 million. This is an urgent requirement, with a project that has just broken ground, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to oversee the scheme from early construction through to final account. The Role
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will take full commercial responsibility for a new build care home project, working closely with the Project Manager, site team, and wider commercial team to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.

- Preparation, management, and reporting of project cost plans, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
