ROLE - Quantity Surveyor (All Levels)

COMPANY - A fast growing, privately owned contractor with a turnover approaching £200m. They operate across the South of England and specialise within the commercial office refurbishment and fit out sector. Typical schemes range from £10m through to £80m.

PROJECT - A new circa £50m commercial office refurbishment and CAT A fit out in the centre of Bristol. The project starts on site in Q3 2026 and will be on site until summer 2028.

RESPONSIBILITIES - You would report into a Regional MQS and they are looking to build a team of up to five to work on the scheme from Senior through to Assistant QS. Dependant on your level you would be given commercial packages to look after from sub-contractor procurement through CVRs (SQS level) and to final accounts.
