You will rotate across three core practice areas over two years, building deep expertise in the disciplines that define modern AI delivery:
- AI Advisory & Strategy

- Assist in developing business cases for AI adoption, including ROI modelling and risk assessments
- Machine Learning & AI Engineering
- Translate client and end‑user requirements into functional AI product specifications
- Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models using modern frameworks and cloud platforms
- Write clean, well‑documented code (Python, SQL, and relevant ML libraries) for data pipelines, model training, and inference
- Support the deployment and monitoring of ML models in production environments
- Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model performance benchmarking
- Software Development Lifecycle
- Contribute to EX3 AI Labs' internal innovation pipeline — from ideation through to proof‑of‑concept
- Develop software wireframes for lifecycle and client projects
- Build frontend (Typescript/ React) and backend solutions
- Work within cloud platforms such as Azure to host web applications
