The role
You'll design, build and deliver agentic AI and LLM solutions for clients, from first idea through to production. You'll lead a small team of data scientists, work closely with consultants and client stakeholders, and help shape how the team delivers AI work as it grows.
What you'll do
- Build and deploy agentic and LLM-based systems that clients rely on
- Write production-quality Python and SQL
- Deploy and run solutions on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS or Azure)
- Lead, mentor and develop data scientists on client projects
- Explain complex technical work clearly to non-technical clients
- Help shape new AI offerings as the team grows
What you'll bring
- Hands-on experience building and shipping agentic or LLM systems into production, not just prototypes
- Strong Python and SQL
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform
- Experience leading people or a delivery team
- Clear, confident communication with stakeholders
Nice to have
- Consulting or client-facing delivery experience
- Experience evaluating and monitoring LLM systems (testing, guardrails, cost control)
