Support Worker (Learning Disabilities, Supported Living), Erith
Long days, nights and sleep‑ins supporting adults with learning disabilities in a supported living service in Erith, near Northumberland Heath.
The role:
- Long days 7am to 9.30pm, and nights 9pm to 7am, a mix of sleep‑ins and waking nights
- Sleep‑ins paid at £50 a night, waking nights and days at the hourly rate
- Supporting adults with learning disabilities to live well in their own home
- Part‑time and full‑time hours, pick the shifts that suit you
- Regular shifts with the same small team, so you get to know the people you support
What you need:
- Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities
- At least 6 months of paid UK care experience, with a reference
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS, or willing to apply
What you get:
fair pay, paid directly by us, with holiday pay included in your hourly rate, paid every two weeks, and a workplace pension where eligible. You choose the shifts that suit you.
