We Are Care is seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker for a supported living setting in Shepshed, near Loughborough (LE12). You will lead the shift, supervise the team and support adults with learning disabilities and autism.
Regular shifts include days and nights; you choose shifts that suit you. The role involves medication management, handovers, and delivering person-centred care. Holiday pay is included in your hourly rate and a workplace pension is available where eligible.
