Support Worker (Learning Disabilities), Shepshed, Loughborough
Supporting adults with learning disabilities across two services in Shepshed, near Loughborough, with sleep-ins available.
The role:
- - Supporting adults to live well in residential and supported living services
- - Days, nights and weekends, pick the shifts that suit you
- - Regular shifts with the same teams, so you get to know the people you support
What you need:
- - Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs is a real plus
- - At least 6 months of paid UK care experience, with a reference
- - Right to work in the UK
- - Enhanced DBS, or willing to apply
What you get:
- fair pay, paid directly by us, with holiday pay included in your hourly rate, paid every two weeks, and a workplace pension where eligible. You choose the shifts that suit you.
