We Are Care is seeking experienced live-in carers to support clients with complex care needs in and around Brighton and East Sussex. Placements are live-in with support from the agency throughout each assignment, ensuring you are never alone on shift.
Previous live-in and complex care experience are essential. The role requires compassionate, person-centred care, reliable communication with families and colleagues, and strict compliance with care plans to promote safety, dignity and wellbeing.
