Support Worker (Medication Trained), Frome
Medication-trained support workers for supported living services around Frome and Warminster. Drivers ideal, as some services are rural.
The role:
- Supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism in small supported living services
- Administering medication, so you need to be medication trained and confident with MAR charts
- Days, nights and weekends, with regular shifts booked ahead
- A driver with your own car is ideal: some services are in villages with little public transport, and mileage between visits is paid
What you need:
- Medication training and recent experience giving medication
- Supported living or learning disability experience
- Full UK driving licence and your own car, ideally
- At least 6 months of paid UK care experience, with a reference
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS, or willing to apply
