You will support young people with complex trauma, EBD or learning disabilities, typically in a 2:1 ratio, with flexible shifts that may include waking nights and daytime accommodation where available. Applicants should have significant experience in children's residential care, especially related to trauma or crisis behaviours, and hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS with children’s barred list.
