Warehouse Supervisor £14.00 to £16.00 Per Hour Monday – Friday Oldham BX2 are recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor for a well-established client based in the Oldham area. Warehouse Supervisor Skills, Experience, and education required: · Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor within a fast-paced environment · FLT license (Essential) · Experience managing KPI’s / targets · Class 2 HGV license (Desirable) Warehouse Supervisor Key Responsibilities and Duties · Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff · Ensure all warehouse operations are performed efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures. · Monitor productivity and performance metrics; provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations to team members. · Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits. · Oversee the proper use of warehouse equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards. · Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any operational issues. · Schedule staff shifts and assign daily tasks based on workload. · Implement process improvements to optimize warehouse operations. · Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse at all times. · Prepare reports on warehouse performance, issues, and improvements for management
