Warehouse Supervisor Salary – £28,000 – £32,000 Monday – Friday Multiple Shifts Available (06:00 – 14:00 and 10:00 – 18:00) Ashton BX2 are recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor for a well-established client. You will play a key role in optimizing daily warehouse operations and driving a culture of excellence, efficiency, and teamwork. You will oversee the whole process from start to finish and report to Operations Manager Warehouse Supervisor * Experience within a Supervisory role / Management role within a fast-paced fulfilment operation, e-commerce Distribution Centre, or e-commerce logistics. * Understanding of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), OMS (Order Management Systems), Inventory control systems. * Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to motivate a team, solve problems and make decisions * Comfortable working in a physical environment, hands-on lifting, moving, and being on your feet as well as supervising and delegating workload. Warehouse Supervisor Key Responsibilities and Duties • Manage day-to-day operation workload of order fulfilment – from picking/packing and shipping B2B and B2C orders, by processing returns, receiving Goods-In, QC checking deliveries, re-processing products to shipping Goods-Out. • Liaising with existing clients and helping in onboarding new clients. • Prioritising tasks in line with deadlines and SLA’s • Manage, support and motivate a team of fulfilment operatives, including scheduling training • Monitor and ensure compliance with company SLA’s such as shipping orders on-time, receiving Goods-In, despatching Goods-Out in accordance with individual client SLA’s • Monitor, manage and drive team members KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time despatch, productivity etc. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized fulfilment environment, enforcing safety protocols and high warehouse standards. • Deliver efficient workforce management by managing absence and holiday requests • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to fulfilment strategy and workflow optimizations. • Identify improvement opportunity for team members, provide the training and support needed to build up staffing competences throughout the warehouse. • Troubleshoot operational issues in real-time to minimise delays or customer impact
