Machine Operator – Temp to Perm (High Peak)
BX2 Ltd is currently recruiting Machine Operators on behalf of our client in the High Peak area.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturing business offering ongoing work, full training, and the potential for a permanent position.
Previous rotational moulding experience is preferred; however full training will be provided for the right candidate with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Monday to Thursday 6:00am - 6:00pm
- 48 hours per week
- Day shift position
- Own transport preferred due to location

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate rotational moulding machinery
- Load raw materials into moulds and begin the moulding process
- Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain product quality
- Carry out quality checks and inspections on finished products
- Trim and finish moulded products to required specifications
- Inspect moulds and machinery, reporting any faults or maintenance requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to achieve production targets
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and productivity enhancements
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is advantageous but not essential
- Rotational moulding experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic understanding of health and safety in a manufacturing environment
- Good level of physical fitness
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Legal right to work in the UK
