The Opportunity
We are seeking a senior Integration / M&A Project Manager to lead the end-to-end integration of multiple acquisitions across the business. This is not a pure βITβ project management role. The focus is on ensuring that newly acquired businesses are fully integrated operationally, with people onboarded, processes aligned, data trusted, and customer experience protected, from deal close through post-go-live stabilisation and into BAU.
This role would suit candidates currently working as:
- M&A Integration Manager
- Post-Merger Integration (PMI) Manager
- Business or Operational Integration Manager
- Programme or Senior Project Manager with acquisition or transformation experience
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a pipeline of parallel acquisitions from deal close through stabilisation and handover to BAU
- Establish and maintain robust integration governance, including plans, RAID, dependencies, milestones and senior-level reporting
- Coordinate integration activity across people, process, data and technology
- Own and oversee data migration quality, including validation, reconciliation and formal sign-off
- Ensure compliance with regulated and client-money environments
- Drive operational readiness at go-live, including:
- Staff onboarding and training
- Process alignment and documentation
- Support models and hypercare
Technology Environment
Integrations will involve a combination of:
- A core industry-specific operating platform and associated third-party applications
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance)
- Microsoft 365
- Networks, telephony and security (Hands-on configuration is not required; strong ownership of data quality and outcomes is essential. You will be supporting a Head of Data.)
