BX2 Ltd is currently recruiting Machine Operators on behalf of our client in the Bradford Area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturing business offering ongoing work, full training, and the potential for a permanent position.
Previous Rotational Moulding experience is preferred; however, full training will be provided for the right candidate with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday
- 18:00-06:00
- 48 hours per week
- Night shift position
Due to the location, own transport is preferred.
Pay & Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate rotational moulding machinery
- Load raw materials into moulds and begin the moulding process
- Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain product quality
- Carry out quality checks and inspections on finished products
- Trim and finish moulded products to required specifications
- Inspect moulds and machinery, reporting any faults or maintenance requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to achieve production targets
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and productivity enhancements
Previous manufacturing or production experience is advantageous but not essential. Whilst training you will start on a day shift. Rotational moulding experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic understanding of health and safety within a manufacturing environment. Good level of physical fitness. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
