Site Manager – Multi-Site Operations Banbury and surrounding sites | Full-time | Permanent We are recruiting an experienced and proactive Site Manager to take responsibility for multiple sites across Banbury and the surrounding area. You will ensure each location operates safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard, while leading teams, coordinating contractors and managing competing priorities. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on manager who enjoys variety, autonomy and making a visible impact across a growing portfolio of sites. The role Reporting to the Contracts Manager , you will take ownership of day-to-day site performance across a portfolio of locations. You will coordinate teams, contractors and resources, ensure work is delivered to programme and quality standards, and maintain a strong focus on health, safety and compliance. Regular travel between sites will be required. Key responsibilities * Lead and coordinate operations across multiple sites in the Banbury area. * Plan workloads, allocate resources and monitor progress against agreed programmes and targets. * Manage site teams, subcontractors and suppliers, setting clear expectations and addressing issues promptly. * Maintain excellent health, safety, environmental and quality standards at every location. * Carry out regular site inspections, audits and progress reviews. * Identify risks, resolve operational challenges and escalate issues where necessary. * Maintain accurate site records, reports and compliance documentation. * Build productive relationships with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders. * Support continuous improvement and share best practice across all sites. About you * Minimum 5 years’ experience managing a site or multiple operational locations. * Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills * A thorough understanding of health and safety, compliance and quality requirements. * NVQ Level 6 Site Management qualification * Experience overseeing full project lifestyle (including but not limited to steel frame, ground works, commercial roofing and cladding). * Clear and professional communication skills. * Comfortable working independently while remaining connected to the wider team. * A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly between sites. * Relevant site-management qualifications or industry certifications would be advantageous.
