Working Hours: Monday - Friday (40 Hours)

Skills, Experience, and Education Required:
- Previous experience within a Food manufacturing environment
- Electrical / Mechanical fault-finding experience
- Experience with PLCs
- Experience managing a small team of Engineers
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Having experience working in a 5S environment and ensuring a tidy and clean as you go policy.
- Manage a small team of Engineers.
- Schedule work with current engineering team and liaise with the production team to ensure all machines are well maintained and ready for production.
- Assess the competence and future proof the existing small team.
- General maintenance of machinery.
- Fault finding on the machinery within the factory.
- Support multiple product lines.
