Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Having experience working in a 5S environment and ensuring a tidy and clean as you go policy.
- Manage a small team of Engineers
- Schedule work with current engineering team and liaise with the production team to ensure all machines are well maintained and ready for production.
- Assess the competence and future proof the existing small team
- General maintenance of machinery
- Fault finding on the machinery within the factory
- Support multiple product lines
