We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our international legal consultancy as we continue an exciting period of expansion across our London and Miami offices. Over the last few years, we have grown to a team of more than 60 professionals and have established ourselves as one of the fastest-growing businesses in our sector. The Role
This is far more than a traditional recruitment position. You will work closely with senior leadership to attract, engage and hire exceptional talent across multiple functions and international markets. You will become a trusted partner to hiring managers, helping drive recruitment strategy whilst ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process across the business
- Building and executing talent attraction strategies
- Developing relationships with universities, graduate talent pools and experienced professionals
- Driving employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn and other platforms
- Supporting workforce planning and headcount growth strategies
- Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes and hiring efficiency
- Working closely with senior stakeholders across both our London and Miami offices
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Internal Hiring
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive, commercially-minded approach
