As a Barista at The Beacon Cafe Hanham, you will be the maestro behind crafting delightful beverages that create a memorable experience for our visitors.

Your role involves not only making and serving exceptional drinks but also taking customer orders, maintaining the cleanliness of the coffee counter, and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Collaborating with other front-of-house volunteers, you'll be a key contributor to the vibrant atmosphere of our cafe.

Joining us as a Cafe Assistant means immersing yourself in the heart of our community hub.

Your responsibilities span a wide range, from taking customer orders and serving delicious food and beverages to clearing tables, washing dishes, and actively contributing to the warm and inviting ambiance.

This role offers a unique opportunity to be an integral part of our dynamic team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the cafe.

The Beacon Cafe is an inclusive community cafe that operates on a unique "Pay-as-you-can" donation basis.
