Are you looking to start a rewarding career in the electrical industry? We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Electrical Apprentice to join our team and gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised qualification.

You will work alongside experienced electricians, learning valuable practical skills across domestic, commercial, and industrial environments. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your knowledge of electrical installations, maintenance, testing, and fault finding while earning and learning. Duties will include:

  • Assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
  • Supporting qualified electricians with wiring, cabling, and fitting electrical components
  • Learning how to test electrical systems and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and wiring diagrams
  • Assisting with fault finding and troubleshooting activities
  • Preparing work areas and maintaining tools and equipment
  • Following health and safety procedures and using PPE correctly
  • Recording completed work and maintaining training records
  • Transporting tools, materials, and equipment to various sites
  • Attending college and training sessions as part of the apprenticeship programme
  • Communicating professionally with colleagues, customers, and site supervisors
  • Assisting with inspection and testing activities in line with current regulations

Successful completion of the apprenticeship may lead to a permanent position within the company and further career progression opportunities within the electrical industry.
