Are you a pioneering sales professional who loves building relationships, winning new business, and creating an impact through media solutions? This fully remote, territory-based role offers the chance to partner with respected brands in the fire, EMS, and first responder sectors, combining travel, flexibility, and strong earning potential.
🌎 What You'll Do
- Manage a Midwest territory with regular travel for client visits, trade shows & events
- Bring in 15-20 new clients annually, generating $180k-$300k in new business
- Inherit and grow 65+ established accounts worth $1.5M-$1.8M annually
- Create tailored, cross-channel media proposals
- Build strong client relationships and deliver measurable marketing results
- Stay ahead of digital media trends & innovations
- Use Salesforce to manage pipelines, forecast and convert revenue
- Represent the business at key industry events (next major event: April - 37,000 attendees!)
📈 What You'll Work With
You'll receive warm inbound leads from a strong marketing engine - and will also be expected to generate self-sourced opportunities through outreach, networking, and market development.

🧩 What You Bring
- 2+ years' sales experience (media, B2B, or digital advertising is ideal)

- Creative, commercially minded, and comfortable in a commission-driven environment
