Job Description
Senior Commercial Sales Manager – Events & Sponsorship\\n Location: Wimbledon (Hybrid/Flexible)\\n Salary: £35,000 – £42,000 base + commission\\n\\nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Sales Manager to join our growing sales team and take ownership of sponsorship sales across a well established exhibition generating 13,000+ attendees and 400+ sponsors annaully. This role generates a lot of warm leads but we are looking for a proactive sales leader who likes to find new revenue streams and opportunites to attract new sponsors and long-term commercial partnerships.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nDeliver and grow sponsorship sales across a flagship exhibition (four shows in June).\\n\\nManage a portfolio of UK, US, and EU clients, split alphabetically across the team.\\n\\nGenerate new business through proactive outbound sales, as well as managing warm inbound leads.\\n\\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships through calls and face-to-face meetings.\\n\\nIdentify new routes to market and explore cross-selling opportunities with digital publications.\\n\\nAchieve an annual revenue target of approximately £330K.\\n\\nAbout You:\\n\\nProven background in B2B sales, ideally within events or exhibitions.\\n\\nConfident in outbound sales and comfortable making high volumes of proactive calls.\\n\\nStrong commercial acumen with the ability to spot growth opportunities.\\n\\nExperienced in face-to-face sales and client meetings.\\n\\nMotivated, results-driven, and able to hit the ground running.\\n\\nWe Are Aspire Ltd are a
