The Role
- Business Development - Drive new B2B opportunities in the live event and licensing space
- Partnerships - Secure and manage brand, venue, and event partnerships worldwide
- Strategy - Identify trends, map market opportunities, and create a clear growth roadmap
- Commercial Oversight - Set and manage sales targets and licensing budgets
- Marketing Alignment - Collaborate on campaign strategy, content, and promotional assets
- Quality Control - Monitor event delivery and ensure high standards across all activations
- Contracting & Negotiation - Lead on commercial terms with clients and suppliers
- Pitching & Presentations - Build compelling business cases and pitch decks for key stakeholders
About You
- 5+ years' experience in the live music / entertainment / festivals industry
- Strong background in business development, partnerships, and/or event licensing
- Confident negotiator with proven experience securing commercial deals with big partnership events such as Grand Prix, Olympics, World Cup and more!
- Strategic thinker with excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong knowledge of youth culture, nightlife, and emerging trends in entertainment
- Willingness to travel internationally as part of your role
